Using DataPadi

By using DataPadi, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order, fund a wallet, or use Agent/VIP tools.

What DataPadi Provides

DataPadi sells Ghana-focused digital products such as MTN, Telecel, AirtelTigo data bundles, result checkers, and future digital products. Delivery is electronic and depends on accurate recipient details plus provider processing.

Guest, Customer, and Agent/VIP Use

Guests can buy without signing up. Registered customers can save account context, track orders, and use wallet features when available. Agent/VIP users get reseller pricing and selling tools, and must use those tools honestly with their own customers.

  • Keep your sign-in details private.
  • Use accurate phone numbers, emails, and recipient details.
  • Do not misrepresent DataPadi delivery status to customers.

Payments and Verification

Payments are processed through Paystack. A Paystack response does not by itself complete delivery, wallet funding, or Agent/VIP activation. DataPadi verifies the payment reference on the server before creating fulfillment work or crediting value.

  • Do not pay twice while an order says verifying, pending, processing, delayed, or manual review.
  • Keep your Paystack or DataPadi reference for support.
  • Prices and fees are shown before payment where the backend provides them.

Delivery Expectations

Data bundles and other digital products may not be instant. Delivery time can change because of queue volume, provider validation, invalid recipient details, or manual review. DataPadi shows honest Order Progress and Delivery Pulse states instead of fake guarantees.

Order Restrictions

You are responsible for checking the recipient number and product before payment. Some completed digital deliveries cannot be reversed after fulfillment starts.

  • Do not submit repeated orders for the same recipient while the first one is pending.
  • Do not use unsupported SIMs or numbers for a selected product.
  • Do not abuse support, automation, or payment flows.

AI Support and Human Handoff

Ask Padi can help with order, payment, wallet, and delivery questions. AI responses are support guidance, not final legal or financial decisions. A human can review escalated cases when payment, refund, or fulfillment evidence is needed.

Governing Law and Updates

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. We may update this page as DataPadi adds new products, wallet features, reseller tools, or support workflows.
