Do I need an account to buy data?

No. Guests can buy with a receipt email and recipient phone. Create an account later if you want saved orders, faster checkout, and account benefits.

Why does DataPadi verify payment before delivery?

A completed checkout is not always the final confirmation. DataPadi verifies the payment before delivery, wallet credit, or account activation.

Should I pay again if an order is pending?

No. If the order says verifying, processing, delayed, or needs review, do not pay again for the same purchase. Use Order Progress or contact support with the reference.

What does delayed mean?

Your payment or order is still being tracked, but delivery or support review is taking longer than usual. Support can review the order without asking you to reorder.

Can I track a payment reference?

Yes. Paste the payment reference on the tracker or open Order Progress directly. DataPadi will verify the payment before showing delivery progress.

What if I entered the wrong number?

Contact support immediately with your order reference. Once delivery starts, some data bundle deliveries cannot be reversed.
