Data We Collect

We collect the information needed to create accounts, process orders, verify payments, track delivery, fund wallets, support Agent/VIP selling, and resolve support cases.

  • Name, email, phone, tier, and account profile details.
  • Recipient phone numbers, product choices, prices, references, and delivery status.
  • Wallet funding references, transaction history, and support context.
  • Messages you send to Ask Padi or human support.

How We Use Data

We use data to process purchases, verify payments, prevent duplicate charges, deliver products, maintain wallet ledgers, provide support, improve reliability, and meet operational or legal obligations.

Service Providers

DataPadi relies on trusted infrastructure and service providers. They only receive the information needed for their role.

  • Paystack processes payments.
  • Cloudflare hosts and protects the application.
  • Neon stores account and order data.
  • Telecom and digital-product providers process delivery.

Cookies and Analytics

We use essential cookies for sessions and security. Analytics or marketing tools, if enabled, should be used to understand public traffic and improve product pages without exposing payment secrets or raw provider data.

Retention

We keep order, payment, wallet, and support records for as long as needed for accounting, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and service reliability. Support conversations may be retained for quality and escalation history.

Your Choices

You can contact support to ask for access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data. Some transaction records may need to remain because of accounting, fraud prevention, or legal requirements.

AI Support Data

Ask Padi may use your message, reference, order state, and account context to answer or prepare a human handoff. Do not share passwords, full card numbers, national IDs, or unrelated private information with support.
