Refund Policy

Before You Pay

Confirm the recipient number, network, product, amount, and payment purpose before Paystack opens. Digital deliveries can be difficult or impossible to reverse once fulfillment starts.

Usually Not Refundable

DataPadi normally cannot refund completed deliveries caused by customer error.

• Wrong recipient number or wrong network selected by the customer.
• Duplicate orders placed while a previous order was still pending.
• Orders already accepted by the provider or delivered to the recipient.

Refund or Retry Review

If payment is verified but delivery fails because of a DataPadi, provider, or system issue, support may retry fulfillment, credit the wallet where appropriate, or send the case for refund review.

Duplicate Payment Safety

If you were debited and the order is pending, do not pay again. Use Order Progress or support with the same Paystack/DataPadi reference so we can verify the original payment.

Wallet Funding

Wallet balance is credited only after server-side verification. If a wallet top-up is debited but not credited, contact support with the payment reference so the ledger can be reviewed.

What Support Needs

For any refund or retry review, provide the Paystack reference, DataPadi order reference if available, recipient phone number, payment amount, and the current Order Progress state.
